- Effective Communication System
- Managerial Decision-making
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Optimum utilization of resources.
- Effective functioning of various functional departments and its managers at various levels.
- Compliance with Corporate Governance by the Board of Directors.
- Organizational Health Indicators
- Budgeting – Budgetary controls – Variance Analysis
