  • Management Information System (MIS) and Reporting System under ERP
  • Effective Communication System
  • Managerial Decision-making
  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Optimum utilization of resources.
  • Effective functioning of various functional departments and its managers at various levels.
  • Compliance with Corporate Governance by the Board of Directors.
  • Organizational Health Indicators
  • Budgeting – Budgetary controls – Variance Analysis
